EndoFlex Vitality is the dietary-use version of Young Living’s proprietary EndoFlex blend, a six-oil combination built around spearmint’s cooling sweetness layered with warming herb-and-spice notes from myrtle, nutmeg, geranium, hyssop, and blue tansy. It’s one of the less commonly stocked Vitality oils, mostly reached for by people already using the topical or aromatic EndoFlex bottle who want to add a dietary option to the same routine.
What’s In It
Spearmint gives the blend its most recognizable note — sweet and cooling, similar to spearmint gum or tea. Myrtle contributes a fresh, camphoraceous-herbaceous middle layer, geranium adds a rosy-floral softness, and nutmeg brings warmth. Hyssop, an herb with a long history in traditional herbal preparations, and blue tansy, prized for its deep indigo color from chamazulene, round out the more unusual notes in the mix.
How It’s Used
EndoFlex Vitality is taken in a veggie capsule following the directions printed on the bottle’s supplement facts label, rather than added to food or drinks the way a citrus Vitality oil might be. It’s formulated as part of a broader wellness routine rather than as a flavoring oil, so most people treat it more like a daily supplement habit than a culinary ingredient.
The Aromatic Twin
The standard, non-Vitality EndoFlex bottle has a mellow, minty-herbal aroma that’s popular in diluted rollerball blends applied to the throat, abdomen, or feet as part of a topical wellness routine — many EndoFlex Vitality users keep both bottles on hand for the dietary and topical sides of the same routine.
A Note on Claims
EndoFlex has historically been marketed around hormonal and endocrine wellness themes, but oils used this way support a general wellness routine — they don’t diagnose, treat, or replace medical care for any hormonal or endocrine condition.
Sourcing Note
As a proprietary six-oil ratio, EndoFlex can’t be reliably recreated at home. Buying the named blend, in either the standard or Vitality label, is the only way to get the intended composition.
