What’s in the Blend
DiGize Vitality is the dietary-use version of one of Young Living’s longest-standing proprietary blends, combining tarragon, ginger, peppermint, fennel, anise, and patchouli into a warm, spicy-herbal aroma unlike any single oil in the mix on its own. Ginger contributes a familiar warming character long used in traditional after-meal teas and remedies across many cultures, fennel and anise both bring a sweet, licorice-like note historically associated with digestion in European and Middle Eastern folk practice, and patchouli grounds the blend with an earthy base note that keeps the sweeter components from feeling too light.
Why It’s Popular
It’s one of the more popular Vitality blends specifically because so many members already use the topical bottle regularly and simply wanted a dietary-labeled version of a formula they already trust — DiGize has been part of Young Living’s core lineup since early in the company’s history.
In Practice
It’s most often taken in a veggie capsule following label directions as part of an after-meal or on-the-go digestive-comfort routine, rather than mixed directly into food — the combination of six distinct oils doesn’t translate cleanly into a culinary seasoning the way a single spice oil would.
Aromatically and Topically
The standard DiGize bottle is commonly diluted and applied over the stomach, or diffused for its warm, grounding aroma as part of an after-meal wind-down routine.
Safety Note
Tarragon and fennel both carry mild hormone-related cautions for sensitive individuals; stick to the label’s directed amount rather than free-pouring, and check with a physician if you have a hormone-sensitive condition.
