In this blend
The concentrated, diffuser-friendly counterpart to the SleepyIze Roll-On.
KidScents SleepyIze is the concentrated dropper-bottle version of Young Living’s children’s bedtime blend, designed primarily for diffusing in a child’s room rather than the direct-to-skin use of the pre-diluted SleepyIze Roll-On.
Aroma and character
Undiluted, SleepyIze carries the same soft, calming, slightly floral-woodsy profile as the roll-on, just at full strength — noticeably more concentrated straight from the bottle, which is exactly why it’s suited to a diffuser rather than bare skin.
In the diffuser
2–3 drops in the 30–60 minutes before bed is typically enough to set a calm, low-key background aroma in a child’s room, without overwhelming a small space. Pairing it with dimmed lights and a consistent bedtime sequence tends to reinforce the wind-down cue more than the scent alone.
On skin
If you do want to apply it topically, dilute heavily first — 1% or less in a carrier oil, meaning roughly one drop per teaspoon of carrier — and always patch-test on a small area of unaffected skin before wider use.
Concentrate vs. roll-on
Because it’s easy to misjudge dilution for a child’s smaller body, most parents find the pre-diluted Roll-On more convenient and consistent for direct skin application, and keep this concentrated bottle specifically for the diffuser.
A note on kids and oils
This is a comfort and aroma product to support a calming bedtime routine, not a sleep aid or medication. Consult a pediatrician before using on infants, and discontinue if any irritation appears.
